New Orleans jazz

Treme is a neighbored in the city of New Orleans state of Louisiana,
treme is dominated by the color people of Louisiana from African
ancestry and French Creole, it’s one of the oldest neighborhood in New
Orleans black people from Africa live there and it was a place where
slave trade would have happened people would come here and buy
slaves in the town square of Treme also known as “Congo square” they
would call it’s a place of Negros. The place specifically knows about buying
and selling of negro additionally African American people would come
here on every Sunday, they would dance in African style sing songs and
people who were slave they would sell goods to end slavery.
 People from the town would gather around on every Sunday and them
would watch the dance and singing, they would wear their traditional
costumes to let the people know that how are they committed to their cultural values similarly they would use drums to sing songs which
would be inspired by their people for freedom besides the singing and
dancing black people were allowed to do their religious rituals praying
was allowed in public on Sundays alone within that was a voodoo its was
religious ceremony but it’s kind of exotic while the voodoo in Congo
Square was predominantly a form of entertainment and a celebration
of African culture. Some of the dances and types of music heard in
Congo Square were the result of these voodoo ceremonies. That’s how
jazz music been started in the 1900th century in New Orleans
communities of black African people jazz emerge as a popular

traditional musical style jazz is mixed different types of musical style.
